De Beta RR 250 2T werd door de 1000PS testers gecategoriseerd als een echte racemachine. De vering is iets te hard ingesteld, wat oké is voor snelle bestuurders, maar te oncomfortabel zal zijn voor hobbyracers. Desondanks was onze off-road groep zeer tevreden over de wegligging. Er is gekozen voor een agressieve motorafstelling, waardoor de eencilinder erg krachtig is maar toch makkelijk te rijden. Al met al een zeer race-georiënteerd pakket voor echte professionele enduro rijders.
